How to dispose of products subject to the Home Appliance Recycling Law
Products subject to the Home Appliance Recycling Law have set disposal methods.

Televisions, refrigerators, freezers, washing machines, clothes dryers, air conditioners
Disposal method
A. Replacement Purchase:Request pickup from the retailer where you purchased the appliance. (Recycling fees apply.)
B. In-Person Drop-off at Local Retailers:

※In addition to the “recycling fee,” a “collection and transportation fee” is required to discharge the product. Please confirm the fee with your dealer before applying.
C.C. Self-Delivery to Designated Collection Points:
①Identify the manufacturer of the appliance.(Manufacturer number required. Please check with your post office, etc.)
②Transfer the recycling fee using the home appliance recycling ticket with the transfer form provided at the post office counter. (An additional transfer fee will be charged.)
③Take the home appliance recycling ticket returned at the post office counter and the home appliance to be disposed of to the designated pickup location.

Disposal Methods for Home Computers
Manufacturers voluntarily collect unwanted home-use PCs for recycling.
Disposal method
If a recycling mark is present: Apply for disposal to the manufacturer→The manufacturer will provide you with a shipping slip (Yu-Pack shipping slip). Pack the computer in a cardboard box or similar and attach the shipping slip to it. Bring it to a post office or request a pickup and then send it off.
If no recycling mark is present→You apply for processing with the manufacturer and ask them to send you a "recycling fee transfer slip," which you then use to pay the fee.→The manufacturer will provide you with a shipping slip (Yu-Pack shipping slip). Pack the computer in a cardboard box or similar and attach the shipping slip to it. Bring it to a post office or request a pickup and then send it off.
